To make a payment over the phone, please call (425) 493-4329 or 1(866) 552-0043. You will need your customer/account number. If you do not have your customer/account number, please call the District office at (425) 355-3355 during regular business hours.
The phone payment system is available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Payments made before 3pm PST will be posted on the same business day; payments made after 3pm PST will post on the next business day.
Please confirm the information that the system reads back to you, i.e. service address and name on the account, before you finalize your payment. If your account is scheduled for termination of service, and you make a payment either by phone or online, you must notify the District prior to 9am on the day of turn off to prevent termination of your service.
