Call for Bids

Notice is hereby given that the Mukilteo Water and Wastewater District is soliciting proposals for Landscape Maintenance Services Contract.

To be eligible for consideration, interested parties should submit proposals to the District no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 31, 2023, after which time they will be reviewed and evaluated.

Proposal packages should be clearly marked: RFP for Landscape Maintenance and Tree Services Proposal and shall be delivered to:

Proposals by email will be allowed for this request and should be submitted in PDF format to khovis@mukilteowwd.org. 

PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THE ABOVE DATE AND TIME WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION. THE DEADLINE WILL BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO.

The contract provides for landscape maintenance services at 7824 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo, WA 98275. Items of work include, but not limited to, weeding, fertilization, herbicide application, mowing, edging, aeration, tree cutting, tree trimming, tree removal, and associated maintenance activities.
