In the event of an emergency, such as a water/sewer main break or water contamination situation, we need to be able to reach you quickly. The District will never sell or otherwise distribute this information to any other parties. This information is sent directly to our customer service staff, and will only be used for contacting you regarding District business matters.
Please call the District at 425-355-3355 if you experience a water or sewer emergency. If the office is closed, you will be directed to the District answering service.
Yes, as long as you are the property owner (renters/tenants are not eligible for AutoPay or paperless billing).
Please go to our homepage and select the "Your Account" envelope icon. Select "First Time User - Register Now", and follow the prompts to register your account. Please have a recent statement handy, as the information you input in the registration process must match what is on your statement exactly. Once you've registered and verified your email address, you can sign up for AutoPay, paperless billing, make payments, track your water usage, and more. If you have any questions, please contact the District office directly.
